It has brilliant location in bathroom great pub next door also with 25 % discount, in a lovely area. Great nearby places include Bull and Gate, we usually had drinks there.

The bathrooms are a little small.

Appreciated our really really nice stay and did not want to leave. The hotel was fabulous and quiet little with amazing location so close to a restaurant, central and northern London and the O2 Forum Kentish Town.

The hotel was well-maintained, the staff were extremely friendly. The setting was quite marvellous and fab within easy reach of Kentish Town. The lovely area was good for celebrating anniversary.

We asked for classic king room and it was elegant for a terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took care of us.
